Work description
Service requirements for the provision of a Habilitation Service for Children and Young People with a Vision Impairment to be delivered in partnership with Blackburn with Darwen Special Educational Needs and Disability Support Service for the period from 1st September 2022 - 30th June 2025 (with an option to extend for 1 year plus 1 depending on funding and delivery).
