## Description

Objectives of the review o To assist with making decisions about the future delivery model for Bikeability\. These will need to be made by June 2024 in order to leave sufficient time for a new delivery model to be implemented by March 2025 \(if appropriate\)\. o To benchmark current delivery mechanisms and costings against other comparable training initiatives to identify best practice\. o To understand market appetite from private sector and third sector bodies\. o To create evidence/audit trail to defend future management arrangements\.
