## Description

Ofcom requires a robust cross-media data set for a number of priority work areas including: monitoring BBC \(where we are required to provide an assessment of BBC's performance\), PSB monitoring, audio share of ear work and news consumption\. TouchPoints is the only survey of its type currently available\. We have subscribed to TouchPoints for the past five years and have used it extensively for internal work and in many external publications\.
