CWC22121- Consultancy Services to Support the Development of a Digital Care Technology Strategy

The City of Wolverhampton Council's vision is "to help people to achieve the best possible health and well-being outcomes, living independent and fulfilling lives in their own homes and communities by using digital innovation and technology for people of all ages in the organisation and delivery of care and support". Digital care technology can help us address some of the challenges the care system faces.

A project is already underway to respond to the national switchover of analogue telephony to digital and the impact this will have on our Telecare Service and the opportunities that newer digital technologies can deliver in terms of benefits to our residents and the wider health and social care economy. One of the workstreams will oversee the develop our strategic intentions.

To help us achieve our ambitions, we are looking for an experienced Consultant to challenge our existing care technology offer and support us with development of our strategic plans for increasing the adoption of care technology at greater scale.
