Description
This notice relates to the procurement by London & Quadrant Housing Trust (L&Q) as a central purchasing body on behalf of itself and any of its current or future group entities and subsidiaries ('L&Q') for a contractor for its Heat Networks Operation and Maintenance ("O&M") across L&Q's portfolio of Properties ('the Works'). L&Q is inviting expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced contractors (each a 'Candidate') in relation to entering into a contract with London & Quadrant Housing Trust and L&Q Energy Limited for the provision of the Works (the 'Contract'), as further set out in the specification and Heads of Terms published on the Portal. The following areas of work will be in scope for the Contract: Delivery of planned and unplanned maintenance and repair services to: o energy assets, including but not limited to boilers, CHP, heat pumps and ancillary assets including BMS systems; o heat substations where relevant; o the distribution network including buried, pre-insulated mains where relevant; o HIU's.
