## Description

The Civil Aviation Authority \("CAA"\) is seeking an external financial model reviewer to conduct a detailed review of the price control model developed for the final proposals of the forthcoming price control for Heathrow Airport Limited \(HAL\), known as H7\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
