## Description

Outline planning consent for the development was secured in 2011 and the first phase of enabling highway infrastructure to open up 5 ha of employment land was completed in 2013\. Residential development commenced in 2017 and a first phase of 100 homes is nearing completion\. Further phases of development will start from late-2020 including a next phase of 307 homes\. Proposals for a mixed used village centre of circa 400 homes are under consideration\. A summary of the current phasing plan is outlined in Appendix 1 and a comprehensive site wide green infrastructure strategy for the development is included in Appendix 2\. The current indicative schedule of proposed green infrastructure within the development is tabled in Appendix 3\.
