## Description

The Office for Research and Economics is conducting an evaluation of the RIIO-1 and RIIO-2 Innovation Funds\. This requires a detailed look at how the Network Innovation Competition \(NIC\), the Network Innovation Allowance \(NIA\) and the Strategic Innovation Fund \(SIF\) have been working and whether they can be approved\. Support is required to review innovation projects and assess the technical feasibilities addressing issues identified in supporting the analysis of benefits assessments and unpack assumptions made\.
