## Description

Provision of Best Interests Assessors \(Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards DoLS\) Best Interests Assessors are a statutory function of the LA as a part of the assessment process for the Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards\. The scope of the contract will be to provide a managed, 'end-to-end' service for the required number of DoLS assessments set by SCC specifically the Age Assessment, No Refusals Assessment, Mental Capacity Assessment and Best Interests Assessment\.
