PLACE711H Roadmender Surface Treatment Trial - Trial Extension

This is a business case to extend the Roadmender trial into the New Year following on from the original approved Protocol 8 BC submitted in June 2024 \r \r As part of the reactive maintenance research project currently underway within the highways service, different surface treatment options are being considered to identify potential improvements and benefits. This aligns to the goals and objectives identified as part of the Derbyshire Highways Transformation Programme. Derbyshire Highways also has the added benefit of retaining a highways laboratory that will provide the technical input to provide the evidence to support any planned research trials and benefit identification.
