New Forest District Council (NFDC) are carrying out this procurement exercise to identify, select and award a concession to a single Supplier who satisfies the Council's selection criteria having submitted a compliant bid under this concession proposal exercise. New Forest District Council seeks proposals for a coastal sauna at Barton on Sea with the option for up to two (2) further coastal sauna units as agreed with the Council.
