Quotations are invited by Kirklees Neighbourhood Housing ("KNH") from Contractors with relevant experience and ability to demonstrate sufficient capacity for renovating an abandoned property which requires significant works to bring 45 School Lane back up to a standard ready for renting This Contract is envisaged to commence 5 August 2019 and will last approximately 7 weeks.
