## Description

STFC BID ITAC require a new benchtop profiler sittings on its own integrated bench\. It is a white lightinterferometer microscope for sample surface inspection and measurement based in the ITAC MNT R1 cleanroom facilities specialised in semiconductor processing and characterisation\.
