GB-Redcar: GC-18-155 Periodic Testing

Description

To carry out approx. 500nr periodic tests in Redcar and the surrounding areas. Conduct a visual inspection and periodic testing of electrical installations (electrical installation condition report and record expiry date of smoke detectors x 2) in properties managed by coast and country housing limited as per coast and county housing limited technical electrical specification. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
