Right to Buy and Street Purchase Valuations

RTB/24/1 The purpose of this tender is to secure a RICS certified body to carry out full market valuations of properties being sold by the Council through the Right to Buy Scheme, and for properties being purchased from the Open Market by the Council - "Street Purchases". To provide detailed written reports for each valuation within fourteen days of the request.
