DR 5205 Pest Control Services - Surveying and Reporting with Prescribed Treatments and Preventative Measures,

Description

London Borough of Tower Hamlets (the Council) has a large, complex and wide range of buildings located across the borough. The Pest Control contract is designed to provide Pest Control services currently within 90 buildings across the total portfolio of approximately 200. The Contract being tendered will provide a professional consultancy service by carrying out annual surveys and will produce reports which will advise on the type and level of infestation and propose a set programme of works to address the situation, setting out a treatments plan for another contractor to complete. Contract is being let for one year with an option to extend by two years (2), solely at the authorities' discretion.
