Property Repairs & Maintenance

Description

The Contract will initially comprise responsive repairs, works to void properties and out-of-hours services, with the possibility of additional property-maintenance related services to be added during the contract term, including planned works. The contract is for an initial term of 10 years, with options to extend for a period up to a further five years. The maximum contract duration is 15 years. This contract cannot be applied to as this has been awarded.
