eXact LCMS Support and Maintenance

Description

This variation increases the value of the contract from £103,500 ex VAT as originally published on Contracts Finder, to £148,350.00. This variation is being made in accordance with Regulation 72(1)(b) of the Public Contract Regulations 2015. The services provided under the contract remain the same, being Software as a Service (SaaS) however, there has been an unforeseen need to extend the contract and provide continuity of service while a new competitive procurement is scoped and undertaken. The current contract value, including this variation, is £148,350.00 ex VAT and the Expiry Date has been extended to 30/11/2026. Health Education England contracted with eXact Learning Solutions via. G-Cloud 13 for eXact learning LCMS.
