From routine inspections Wakefield Council has identified a number of locations where pedestrian parapets and fencing are missing or damaged\. In a number of cases there are unprotected drops\. The purpose of the scheme is to replace/repair pedestrian restraint systems to 12 No\. structures\. Replacement/repair material types include: - a\) Timber Fencing\. b\) Pedestrian guard railing\. c\) Proprietary galvanised tubular steel railings\.
