Work description
The Authority wishes to award a contract for the Delivery of City of York Council's Standing Water Programme 2019-2021.
The Works comprise damp remedial works, and associated repairs, including but not limited to the following:
• Surveying • Mould Treatment • Dry lining • Plastering • Rendering • Repointing • Specialist damp remediation • Ventilation works • DPC injection works • Installation of Sump pumps • Renewing Concrete and Timber Floors • Renewing Floor Coverings • Fungi and Insect Treatment • Modernisation Works to kitchen, bathrooms and electrical wiring • Gas works • Decoration • Sundry Repairs
