## Description

The original contract term was for a total of 12 months from 2 nd January 2018 to 31 st December 2018\. This paper seeks your approval to accept the uplift to the value\. The original contract value was £448,000\.00 \(ex VAT\) and the uplifted value will be £102,549\.50 \(ex VAT\)\. The total value of the contract will now be £550,549\.50 \(ex VAT\)\. This paper seeks your approval to increase the term of the contract for a further 4 months, taking the contract end date to Tuesday 30th April 2019\. The uplift in value and increase to the contract term, are a result of the services not being finished, and require both of these amendments in order to complete the original scope/deliverables\.
