AT1291 Kestral way - New Development via CCS Framework RM6088 LOT 3.2

A proposed new development for the construction of a new SEN Secondary School with a potential for a Respite Centre. The respite will form part of phase two of the works when the facilities are required by the borough and funds are available. The new school will provide up to 112 spaces across 14 teaching classrooms, with associated specialist provisions. Some of the provisions will include hydrotherapy pool, support rooms and external play areas. The future phase of the development the respite element includes provision for four bedrooms with all associated supporting ancillary spaces.
