COVID 19 - Vaccinations Programme Professional Services and Supply Chain Support

Description

This is a 6 month extension to the following contract: https://www.contractsfinder.service.gov.uk/notice/3939236e-9443-43bb-99c3-2a0761c24a4d The contract extension (allowable under the original contract award) covers the following areas of support: • Vaccine stock management and distribution across the network - operationally managing our 2 specialist logistics partners • Capacity modelling, allocations/planning of vaccine distribution - taking inbound supply and managing the process of allocation through regions and down to site level • Estates process management, strategy, and implementation management • Equipment and consumables planning, procurement, and distribution to all sites • Designing revised model to move to a managed 'pull' model for vaccine for sites • Revised equipment and consumables model to enable move to BAU • Deep data analytics and performance reporting • Operational management of logistics network and operations • Development and strategy for future changes to the model
