## Description

University is seeking to appoint a main contractor to design, manage and construct a proposed new high quality mechanical services installation associated with the replacement of domestic, heating and chilled water pipework on the University Campus within Schwann Building, as further described within the attached documents and Specification entitled 'Schwann pipework Spec 26022024'\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
