GB-Liverpool: Virtual Reality Suite for Materials Innovation Factory

The Materials Innovation Factory (MIF) is a £68m development within the University of Liverpool Campus. Located in the heart of the Knowledge Quarter it will, on completion, be a world leading centre for Computer Aided Materials Science (CAMS) and house world leading academics working alongside industrial partners.

We are looking to purchase a Virtual Reality (VR) suite to visualise experimental results and 3D structures in a collaborative environment. This tender is made up of 4 lots;

1. 3D projector and lens, and projection workstation 2. Rear projection screen 3. Optical tracking system 4. Visualisation Workstation with HTC VIVE Business Edition System

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
