## Description

The Council is building a new 3 storey market building on Darley Street in the City Centre which will have a new, fenced and gated, public square of around 1,000m2 with seating and planting\. The Council is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced and qualified Provider \(the Provider\) to deliver a high quality audio visual experience for customers and visitors to the city, which includes a large outdoor screen\.
