## Description

Prospective suppliers must be able to demonstrate previous experience of similar work and be prepared to provide references\. This project is to assist on the improved delivery of self-build plots and custom build housing which will provide an alternative option delivery model and diversify the local housing market\. This promotes choice in the local housing market and supports the economy\. Any questions should be raised via the correspondence facility\. Deadline for questions is 12 noon Tuesday 19th June 2018 Deadline for Receipt of tenders is 12 noon Wednesday 20th June 2018 Please allow sufficient time to make a return via the system; late returns will not be accepted and the system will automatically prevent returns after the deadline time\.
