CBC Cultural Quarter Pop-Up Programme - AWARD

Crawley Borough Council ("the Council") invites quotations for the provision of Cultural Quarter Pop-up Programme Delivery Partner as set out in these documents.

The Contract Start Date for the delivery of the services is scheduled to be on Monday 20 February 2023 at 00:00 hours. The Contract will be awarded until Monday 31 March 2025.

The Council is procuring this contract following a quotation process under the Council's Procurement Code and will be awarding one Contract for the provision of all services detailed within the Project Brief.

Crawley Borough Council, as the Accountable Body, is seeking to contract an experienced, arts professional to programme a series diverse arts and cultural events and interventions as part of the Cultural Quarter Project. These must be in compliance with the Council's local authority assurance processes and Towns Fund guidance. We are seeking an organisation or individual with knowledge and experience of devising and delivering a broad range of arts, culture and heritage events and activities in a variety of settings, new and old, in Crawley Town Centre. Reporting directly to Crawley Borough Council and working closely with Creative People and Places Programme funded Creative Playground arts programme, the successful candidate will also be expected to conduct meaningful engagement with stakeholders.
