## Description

The Birmingham Organising Committee for the 2022 Commonwealth Games Ltd \(OC\) is looking for a supplier\(s\) for the Lifeguard provision at the Sandwell Aquatics Centre \(SAC\) for the 'Games Time' period\. The OC requires an organisation who is able to provide the volume of suitably qualified and trained lifeguards and manage this service provision\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
