## Description

This framework covers the design and construction of cycle trails across the Forestry England estate, this will include the concept and detail design, building and installation of entirely new cycle trails or reworking on longer sections of existing trail sections\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
