The activities the supplier is to undertake include: 6.1.1 Discuss and agree the scope, expectations, and ways of working with key stakeholders in the first week of the work commencing. 6.1.2 Provide written and verbal updates and undertake regular checkpoint meetings in a format and frequency to be agreed with the key stakeholders. 6.1.3 Conduct the assessment of the information issued on the top cyber threats. 6.1.4 Discuss findings with relevant stakeholders 6.1.5 Develop the final counter threat plan report. 6.1.6 Provide final presentation of findings to a group of senior stakeholders.
