Provision of Display Energy Certificates

Warrington Borough Council (WBC) has historically appointed a supplier to complete Display Energy Certificates (DEC) and Advisory Reports (AR) for Schools (both Maintained and Academies), and WBC sites. This has been historically around 100 certificates over a 3 year period (the number of these may vary dependent on School/WBC site requirements).
