## Description

Warrington Borough Council \(WBC\) has historically appointed a supplier to complete Display Energy Certificates \(DEC\) and Advisory Reports \(AR\) for Schools \(both Maintained and Academies\), and WBC sites\. This has been historically around 100 certificates over a 3 year period \(the number of these may vary dependent on School/WBC site requirements\)\.
