## Description

Dear Providers, It is the Council's intention to enter into a contract with a provider who can support a young person to live independently in the community\. The provider will also need to be able to source and procure a property and offer support with tenancy management\. Property and Premises information: • To source a suitable property in Telford area, which can include the appropriate equipment and assistive technology Customer Profile \(1\) - Male, •Autism, Learning Disability, Challenging Behaviour, Anxiety Management, ADHD, Self Harm Please email your expressions of interest \(EOI\) to adults\.brokerage@telford\.gov\.uk by no later than 1700 hours on Friday 23rd February\.
