## Description

This award relates to the provision of specialist Equality and Inclusion accredited training and subject matter expert consultancy services\. The provider will be responsible for delivering accredited Level 4 training in respect of Equality and Inclusion Management and Leadership to Mid-Management levels within the Force\. As well as providing expert consultancy to assist in the development and when required, delivery of a bespoke, sustained, and informed Continual Professional Development \(CPD\) training initiative for the whole force\. The procurement activity was conducted as a mini competition via the YPO Dynamic Purchasing System \(DPS\) YPO Training Solutions for the Wider Public Sector LOT 20 Equality and Inclusion\.
