Cefas operates an internal ITS service and at times has a requirement for rapid assistance, support and also professional services to allow us to respond flexibly and rapidly to the constantly changing business requirements from our internal and external customers. Cefas requires a comprehensive service and support agreement to allow us to call off support and professional services as and when required.
