## Description

Knowsley Council are looking to let Cockpit House to a tenant for a period of 25 years as a space for creative and maker industries\. However, there are two distinct phases to any agreement we would enter: firstly the converting and altering Cockpit House to its new use \('the capital phase'\) and secondly the routine year-to-year operation and management of Cockpit House after construction works complete \('the revenue phase'\)\.
