## Description

In order to support in defining and developing strategies based on priorities and initiatives; the ability to have access to experts in specific technology disciplines and to have access to verified research, IT metrics and data the CTO has a requirements to procure the Gartner CIO Service\. This provides an independant service to the CTO with Access to Analysts, Executive Program Events, Peer Networking, IT Key Metrics Data and CIO Research on Cloud Services and Technologies\.
