SANCROFT HALL CARE HOME INTERNAL REFURBISHMENT

Description

a) Hot and Cold Water Services The works consist of replacing the existing Low Temperature Hot Water (LTHW) heating, Cold Water Down Service, Hot & Cold Water Services with new copper pipework soldered and fully insulated throughout using Kingspan ODP Foil Backed insulation as per the tender drawings. To be boxed-in at high & low level and decorated with valves labelled behind metallic access panels. b) Bedrooms Emergency Lighting and & Extract Ventilation Emergency lighting to be installed to all bedrooms. Extract Ventilation will be installed to all wet rooms. c) Internal Fitout Complete refurbishment and refit of all wet rooms / bathrooms including new floor finishes, ceilings, redecoration of walls, sanitaryware as well as making good all areas affected by the pipework replacement works.
