Purchase of second Biosealer and Biowelder, their installation, IQ/QA service for installation at the new Gene Therapy Innovation and Manufacturing Centre in Sheffield\. The intention to award a contract as a 'Negotiated Procedure without a prior call for competition' was previously published as a Voluntary ex ante transparency notice \(Notice Reference: 2021/S 000-031496\) on 16/12/2021 and contract award notice \(publication reference 2022/S 000-020442\) on 27/07/2022\. Regulation 32 of PCR 2012 was applied as in 32\. \(2\) \(b\) \(ii\) and 32\. \(5\) \(a\)\.
