Description
Ofgem require the services of a supplier in order to provide Ofgem with legal services consultancy support in relation to the contractual arrangements between Ofgem and the RIIO-ET3 (Revenue = Incentives + Innovation + Outputs-Electricity Transmission 3) Independent Technical Adviser (ITA) and advice in relation to the legal risk arising from some of the complex aspects of policy development.
