## Description

Ofgem require the services of a supplier in order to provide Ofgem with legal services consultancy support in relation to the contractual arrangements between Ofgem and the RIIO-ET3 \(Revenue = Incentives \+ Innovation \+ Outputs-Electricity Transmission 3\) Independent Technical Adviser \(ITA\) and advice in relation to the legal risk arising from some of the complex aspects of policy development\.
