## Description

To approve the direct awarding of a contract to Harmony Fire through the EEM "EEM0053 Passive Fire Protection Framework"- Sublot 1 - Midlands, for the improvements in fire safety to Heartswood Apartments, Bentley\. A Fire Risk Assessment \(FRA\) undertaken by Savills highlighted significant failings, and it is the purpose of this project to bring the building back up to an acceptable fire safety standard and allow SLHD to manage future maintenance efficiently\.
