Work description
This opportunity relates to the requirement for an injectable chemotherapy (and other high tech medicines) homecare service that meets the definition of homecare as defined by the Royal Pharmaceutical Society:
A homecare medicines delivery service can be described as being a service that delivers ongoing medicine supplies and, where necessary, associated care, initiated by the hospital prescriber, direct to the patient's home with their consent.
