Work description
The Council's requirement under this Contract is for The Authority is seeking to procure a Central Management System (CMS) to ensure that Thurrock Council is able to maximise the potential energy savings and efficiencies in maintenance in relation to street lighting in over 24,000 (approximately 18000 street light units) lit assets.
