COVID-19 VACCINATION PROGRAMME - Point of Care Systems Data Capture

Description

Build and run of a clinical data capture system for use at COVID-19 vaccination sites within all NHSE Regions excluding London. This system will be used at Mass, Mobile and Roving vaccination deployment sites to capture non-clinical and clinical data about the individual vaccinated. It is also likely to be used at PCN and Community Pharmacy sites as these are introduced into the deployment models.
