Catering Services to Trowbridge Civic Centre (part of Trowbridge Town Council)

The Civic Trowbridge are seeking an experienced, passionate and flexible local caterer to provide our corporate and private function catering. We offer our clients a range of catering options to suit their event which include - • Working lunches • Cold finger buffets • Hot and cold fork buffets • Sit down dinners • Canapés • Selection of cakes • Continental or hot breakfasts • Bespoke alternatives In 2019 we catered approximately 50 cold buffets (lunches, breakfasts and cakes), 12 sit down dinners and 5 fork buffets. The events catered ranged from small conferences to grand Christmas celebrations and a handful of weddings. Our venue boasts a full industrial kitchen with facilities to cater up to 300 covers with a separate cold prep area, pot wash area, walk in chiller and crockery store. We are looking for a caterer who is available to start immediately.
