NTCA - Specification for the Campaigns, Engagement and Marketing Element of the Local Energy Advice Demonstrator Project \(LEAD\)\. In December 2023 NTCA procured two Lots of services to support residents to understand and where possible undertake home retrofits\. One of these Lots was the energy advice services element of the Local Energy Advice Demonstrator \(LEAD\) project\.
