Misterton CofE First School Refurbishment

Futures for Somerset Ltd have been appointed by Somerset Council to act as the Employers Agent in the procurement and delivery of the reconfiguration and refurbishment project at the former Misterton CofE First School in Somerset.

The project is located at the former Misterton CofE First School, School Hill, Misterton, Crewkerne, TA18 8LZ. The site is surrounded by residential dwellings and fields. The site is accessible via A356 School Hill.

The works are to be undertaken within the curtilage of the property with refurbishment works being undertaken internally and externally to the building.

The scope of works briefly comprises; Damp proofing Remedial works to rainwater goods Mechanical and electrical alterations Structural alterations Replacement of internal floors Replacement of windows Additional internal doors with new fire rated door sets Reconfiguration of the internal layout New toilet and kitchen facilities Changes to internal drainage layouts New floor finishes and decorations
