North Devon & Torridge Green Hydrogen Routemap • Develop a de-risked business case for investment into green hydrogen across North Devon and Torridge. • Build awareness and understanding of the green hydrogen opportunity in North Devon and Torridge both for investors and key stakeholders, including the local community and business base where appropriate. • Advise and support the development of policy approaches for a new Local Plan (work to commence November 2024) to positively support and enable the delivery of appropriate green hydrogen infrastructure and associated industry through a suitable planning framework.
